PERTH MARINE ELECTRICAL

Absolute rip off already on-site, was there for half an hour and wants $155.Didn’t solve the issue either.Called it the marine rate. What a joke

Beware of this company, forced to pay close to $300 for a 2 hour ‘quote’ although law states that if a service provider charges for providing a quote, you should be told of the cost beforehand. If you are not made aware of the cost, you do not have to pay.Running off this company’s terms you could be charged however many hours they decide at an amount of $120 an hour for ‘works’, for a quote without the company telling you beforehand.Then threatened with legal action after simply asking if they were in the wrong.

Highly recommended! They were very helpful and accommodating. Our electrical issue was fixed efficiently. Price was very reasonable and had no issues with communication. Will definitely work with them again.

I had a great experience when dealing with Perth Marine. Hugh has a wealth of knowledge and explains things clearly which helped put your mind at rest. Excellent quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

Do not engage his services. He will damage your equipment and he will then refuse to take responsibility for his actions. He instead will threaten you to contact debt collecting agencies and to have your name listed on the Equifax list for not paying his bill as we were trying to cover the cost of his incompetence and damages.Attached photo of the wire Hugh has cut off a brand new Muir winch controller worth $1000.

Fantastic service. Hugh and Shane stayed in touch and came on time as per the appointment. They went the extra mile to trouble shoot a faulty starter, battery recharge and multiple wiring problems on our old Quintrex that has seen a lot of service...heavy seas and corrossion. They were efficient and easy to deal with and got it back in the water fast. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

I highly recommend Mindarie Marine Electrical, exceptional service and great to deal with. As a regular visitor to WA, I can say I will definitely use these guys again when I return. Great job, very happy.

This is a review based on my experience / involvement with PME.It pains me to write negative review's but the purpose of google reviews is so people can fairly let others know if they got a good or bad deal, using said service.The guys were both friendly and had a good look in a tight situation, I couldn't tell if he knew what he was doing or he had had enough for the day, it was a stinking hot day! and the focus of the issue was deep in between 2 engines. a crapper of a job TBH.The problem was a faulty starter motor. the result of his 30 minute check was he had no diagnoses and advised me to seek a mechanic.I wasn't convinced or satisfied with his finding and had to get another Marine electrician who had found the issue and fixed it.Given it was a very basic problem and it cost me the 1 hour call out fee. i don't feel my experience was the most productive nor i was given the best advise.I don't think we would use this service again.
