Absolute rip off already on-site, was there for half an hour and wants $155.Didn’t solve the issue either.Called it the marine rate. What a joke

Beware of this company, forced to pay close to $300 for a 2 hour ‘quote’ although law states that if a service provider charges for providing a quote, you should be told of the cost beforehand. If you are not made aware of the cost, you do not have to pay.Running off this company’s terms you could be charged however many hours they decide at an amount of $120 an hour for ‘works’, for a quote without the company telling you beforehand.Then threatened with legal action after simply asking if they were in the wrong.

Do not engage his services. He will damage your equipment and he will then refuse to take responsibility for his actions. He instead will threaten you to contact debt collecting agencies and to have your name listed on the Equifax list for not paying his bill as we were trying to cover the cost of his incompetence and damages.Attached photo of the wire Hugh has cut off a brand new Muir winch controller worth $1000.

Fantastic service. Hugh and Shane stayed in touch and came on time as per the appointment. They went the extra mile to trouble shoot a faulty starter, battery recharge and multiple wiring problems on our old Quintrex that has seen a lot of service...heavy seas and corrossion. They were efficient and easy to deal with and got it back in the water fast. Can't recommend them highly enough!!
